John Lin is a forward-thinking entrepreneur with over 20 years of real estate development experience. He is the Chief Executive Officer of GPDI and is responsible for overseeing all of the company's business activities, leadership, operations, and investor relations. John brings deep experience and expertise in real estate acquisitions, land development, property management, capital raising, and risk management. Working with some of the most prominent developers, builders, and real estate agents in the Greater Toronto Area, John has led GPDI to achieve significant growth in size, scale, and volume, with several innovative development projects all over the GTA.
